With over two decades of experience encompassing government relations, policy advocacy, and communications, he is a recognized authority in India’s policy consulting landscape.​

His dynamic career includes close collaboration with members of Parliament across the political spectrum, where he even led campaigns for MPs and parties. Formerly heading public affairs at Avian Media (now Avian WE), Manash led a team of communications and public policy professionals to drive successful advocacy campaigns across sectors for Fortune 500 giants.​

Off the professional stage, Manash's passions range from playing table tennis (having played at a national level) to his newfound love for soccer. He resides in New Delhi with his wife and two sons, enriching his life with cherished family moments.​
